I've had my controller for 6 months now. It was working perfectly till one day I plugged it in and my computer did not recognize it.
In the device manager it comes under Universal Serial Bus Controller as Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request failed). When I plug it in the light on it flashes for a second and turns off. I've tried removing the Xbox 360 controller from the device manager and plugging in my controller again but it did not work. I tried forcing the driver but the Xbox Accessories option does not appear in the list of drivers on my computer. I'm currently running Windows 10 64bit (latest version available).
